  • As a general rule, we don’t design standalone logos.

  • We offer three main packages designed to suit various needs and levels of investment: Essentials, Elevation and Premium, however, we’re happy to provide custom quotes based on your specific needs.

    However typical investments range from around $8,000 to $20,000.

  • Yes! We know investing in branding can be a big decision, so we offer flexible payment plans to make life easier for you.

  • Yes, due to the limited number of projects we take on each quarter, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project in our schedule.

    The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. This deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves our time for your project.

  • Yes! Our packages are designed to be flexible and cater to businesses at any stage, including startups.

    We’ll help you establish a strong foundation for your brand right from the beginning.

  • Typical projects can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the package and scope.

    The Essentials Package, for example, has a quicker turnaround, while the Premium Package requires more time for strategy and refinement.

  • We’re committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your final product, so any additional revisions required outside of the package’s scope are available for a set fee, which we’ll discuss in advance.

  • Yes, once the project is finalised and paid in full, you will own the rights to all design assets provided. We’ll also send you a full package of files and any necessary guidelines for using your new brand.

  • Yes! We’re here to help even after launch. We offer ongoing support services, brand check-ins, and additional design work to keep your brand fresh and relevant.
